EV Solar Panel Module. Optimized Axis, Concentrating and Reflecting Cube. 5X the power of standard.

And so, the energy tax revenue economy begins, while WE are not given any other options. Our energy choices are limited to what can be taxed, closely held by governments as a major source of revenue. Energy is now almost 40% of US medium income. Many spend near half of what they make just to get to work. Not to even begin to discuss the TREMENDOUS problem of having no where but Wal-Mart to plug...
EV will never work and why not. Oh yeah, and 1 million views.

Plugging in your EV will become near impossible very soon, unless you can charge at home. A charging system at home costs around $10,000 above the cost of the car. The Electric Grid is simply not equipped to handle so many new EV. We are burning more coal to make up for the shortfall in demand. Industry is making bad decisions for our planet. I have a design idea that may help. A solar panel th...

It's funny, in Europe, not a single tube of silicone putty says '100%', Maybe that's why in all these yt movies the mixture dries so fast. The one I got here took 2 hours to dry

Alrighty, so anyone in NZ or AUS. Shellite is the go. I tried White Spirits and whilst it thins the silicone fine, Shellite just doesn't have nearly the odour... Also, make sure you're using 100% silicone. I tried being cheap and just got silicone sealant and it must've had an additive that just didn't let it cure for ages.

Has anyone tried to make this at home? I'm wondering how well the powder sticks to paper (using glycerin, or glycerin & ink, or versamark), and also whether the powder melts and becomes shiny? I think it might, but I was sure from seeing it still damp on the white tiles. Thank you.

What is the reflector material he used? Is there an optimal shape and size for the reflector? I hope this hasn't been lost.

I arrived here after wondering if I could DIY-fix a tiny tear in my favorite faux-leather black ankle boots by using "patch" material with an adhesive (strong and flexible) -- which soon led me to ponder the possibility of sealing the boot-seams with silicone while I was at it. Does that make sense? I'm talking about creating a fine, thin layer of sealant all the way around -- from toe to heel-base -- that bonds the sole to the material (making it seem...dare I say ... seamless?). At first glance, these boots didn't seem like they'd last all that long, but but I got quite bit of mileage out of them -- 5 years -- before the damage came (it was carelessness in the last year that did it, sadly; as with relationships, even the really good ones, we all have a tendancy to care a little less than we should the longer we're in them🙂). But I love these boots enough to blather on about them to strangers while also asking for any feedback that may get me closer to acheiving my goal. I noticed that someone suggested a "spray on" ("air brush") approach to silicone that would achieve the result I'm after. Does anyone know if there's a product out there like that? I've searched but haven't found anything yet. I don't relish fighting with a caulking gun to get a thin coating of silicone. I've used guns for caulking bathtubs and they're no fun. This job requires something more delicate, where you can use your hands to mold it in place ...or something like that. Any thoughts, suggestions, etcetera, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and my apologies for the long post!

Embossing powder is ground plastic. I've messed with it many times. When the powder is heated, it melts and sticks to whatever surface you are using. I use vegetable glycerin for the base for it to adhere too.

This video is baffling on the whole as there's no context for what you're doing and how you're doing it. If the stated aim of your channel is to be more sustainable, using silicone and petroleum based fuels for experiments hardly seems sustainable or ecologically sensible. Silicone might be easily obtainable but is hardly ecologically sound, it cannot be easily recycled or recovered. Waterproofing fabrics? Why not use sustainably available plant based waxes instead?

Thank you so much! Until now, I’ve barely received any information on how to properly conduct a burning test, and your explanation is very helpful. My question might be a bit silly, but I was wondering if there are any differences in Europe regarding the criteria you mention for a proper test, or if it’s something that should be followed internationally (I live in Spain). I’ve read about the two glass brands you recommend, and if you know of any European ones, I’d love to hear about them. Thanks again!

Your turpentine does not contain the free carbon molecules needed to set the silicone quickly. It's also acting as a barrier to prevent your cornstarch from reacting with the acetates in silicone to produce carbon dioxide molecules.

Good video and decent presentation for the basics. Something that might help. A few drops of water or food color added to your mixture will stabilize setting process of your silicon materials. Your silicone isn't actually setting up with oxygen exposure. It responds to CO2. a catalyst reaction that takes place between the silicone compound and the cornstarch that will generate its own source of CO2 and expedite the process of setting your mold. If you want to make a two-part mold you'll make two equal sheets of this material , then dust it with a little bit of talcum powder on the surface on each piece, place your object that you want to mold between the two pieces , making sure to place the poured sides of silicone against your object you wish to mold. Punching a couple of dowels through the material will actually help you reassemble your mold accurately by acting as guide pins. You want to firmly press the material together starting from the middle and working your way out after your piece of shit between the two heads of your mold material. Give it about a half hour or so to just to be sure it is and you should be able to pry your pieces apart with a perfect mold in the center. You can then carve out a screw or a filling for in the location of you choosing.

Making CHEESE and WHEY....ok taking it up a notch or two or three. But how fun is this. The price of milk unless you own your own cow and have a good cream extractor will maybe not so great these grocery prices days. But hey at the price of 4-9 dollars a 15 ml of embossing powder these days this could be a savings. And then there is the element of FUN doing stuff like this even if you didn't think you were good at chemistry in school you now find out you aren't half bad. Just don't ask the how or math questions and those folk are fine. I'm a fan and enjoyed this one as much or more than the floor acyrlic finish products. Great job going slow enough for everyone to understand the process and be able to add their own spins and DIY approaches. I know it's 4 years ago but hey hey hey...it's still pertinent today.
